Native American Teachings

presented by Eyesberg Enterprises

Native American wisdom is deep, profound, simple and true. It has passed the test of time. There are countless tribes each with their own language, sacred stories, customs and ceremonies.

However, they all share the wisdom of being aware of the Cosmic connection to not only each other but all life and spirit. Native American wisdom focuses on healing wounds, and bringing peace through good feelings, not fear.

They are profoundly spiritual people teaching to "walk lightly upon the Earth and live in balance and harmony." There is truth, beauty, and meaning in the words of their holy men and elders.

Quote from Black Elk, Oglala Sioux:

"The first peace, which is the most important,
is that which comes within the souls of people
when they realize their relationship, their oneness,
with the universe and all its powers,
and when they realize that at the center of the universe
dwells the Great Spirit,
and that this center is really everywhere,
it is within each of us."

Native Americans live by their Ten Commandments, where no word is instilling fear but rather encouragement and inspiration.

There are a number of Native American brothers and sisters who have managed to retain ancient wisdom and are dedicated to passing on their knowledge and teachings.

Now more then ever, forgiveness, gratitude and respect are needed for a sustainable future of human kind. There is little time left however, it’s our choice to learn from mistakes. We can choose to carry on down the road of greed and corruption to disaster, or we can revert to knowledge, wisdom, guidance and truth as told to the elders of every nation through time and entrusted to the 'Earth Keepers' the Native Americans.

There is no conflict in the many different religious beliefs, but a fundamental message of universal brotherhood, love and righteousness.
It is fortunate we are able to learn from some of the leading teachers of spirituality within the Native American culture, such as Nedhni-Apache/Cherokee and Peace Ambassador to the United Nations J. Reuben Silverbird and Cherokee Medicine Man Bobby Runningfox, just to name a few. They have made it their mission to preserve and share their ancient knowledge and traditions.

Each one of them has a wealth of wisdom, and through workshops, retreats, music and informative talks, they are willing to teach their sacred ways to those with an open heart.
These men are an inspiration, showing you the sacred path to self empowerment, spiritual growth, personal development, youthful health and sharing their invigorating wisdom.

An unforgettable experience with a lasting effect.

A Sioux Story

The Creator gathered all of Creation and said :

"I want to hide something from the humans until they are ready for it. It is the realization that they create their own reality."
The eagle said, "Give it to me, I will take it to the moon."
The Creator said, "No. One day they will go there and find it."
The salmon said, "I will bury it on the bottom of the ocean."
"No. They will go there too."
The buffalo said, "I will bury it on the Great Plains."
The Creator said, "They will cut into the skin of the Earth and find it even there."
Grandmother Mole, who lives in the breast of Mother Earth, and who has no physical eyes but sees with spiritual eyes, said, "Put it inside of them."

And the Creator said, "It is done."
